How many guests can your Sedona vacation homes accommodate?

Our 8 properties sleep between 11 and 25 guests. Individual homes sleep 11-13 guests, and our Uptown Estate combined two-home property sleeps up to 25 guests — perfect for large groups and family reunions.

Are your Sedona vacation rentals pet friendly?

Yes! All our properties welcome up to 2 dogs for a fee of $150 per pet. Please notify us in advance and clean up after your pets.

What is the check-in and check-out time for your Sedona rentals?

Standard check-in is at 4PM and checkout is at 11AM. Early check-in and late checkout are available for $200 each, subject to availability.
